The following rejections are on appeal before us:
1. Claims 6, 7 and 9 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e) as being
anticipated by Flynn.
2. Claims 1-5, 8, 10 and 11-15 stand rejected under
35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over the teachings of
Flynn in view of Rusch.
3. Claims 16-18 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being
unpatentable over the teachings of Flynn in view of Rusch, and
further in view of Wu.
