The Examiner has rejected the claims as obvious. We have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 134. We reverse the rejection. Background Skin and hair are damaged by UV-A and UV-B radiation from the sun. Specification, page 1, lines 10-25. Sunscreens are utilized in cosmetic and dermatological preparations to protect skin and hair from the harmful effects of sun.
