           5                FURTHER ORDERED that junior party NIKOLAI S.                                    
           6   STRELCHENKO, JEFFREY M. BETTHAUSER, GAIL L. JURGELLA,                                        
           7   MARVIN M. PACE, and MICHAEL D. BISHOP is not entitled to a patent                            
           8   containing claims 1-57 of patent 6,603,059, which claims correspond to Count 1,              
           9   the sole count of the interference (See Paper 1 at 4); and                                   
          10                FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this judgment shall be entered                   
          11   into the administrative records of Strelchenko’s 6,603,059 patent and Campbell
