3 ORDERED that judgment as to the subject matter of the count is herein
4 entered against the junior party ALLAN PARKER;
5 FURTHER ORDERED that junior party ALLAN PARKER is not entitled
6 to its patent claims 1 and 2 which correspond to the count;
7 FURTHER ORDERED that if there is a settlement agreement, the parties
8 should note the requirements of 35 U.S.C. § 135(c) and Bd. Rule 205; and
9 FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this judgment be placed in the
10 respective involved application or patent of the parties.
