Appeal No. 2006-1232 Application No. 09/761,500 THE INVENTION Appellants’ invention is a tamper-evident resealable package. The package includes a zipper provided with a slider. The slider is either contained in or blocked from movement along the zipper by package material which must be removed or ruptured to permit operation of the slider or to provide access to the package contents (Specification 2). Claim 1, the only independent claim in this application, is representative of the invention and reads as follows: 1.
