Thus, we conclude Appellant has exemplified “billing system” as a combination of one or more of the five disclosed modules numbered 31-35. Additionally, the “system” of the preamble is not limited solely to the modules of Appellant’s Specification. Appellant states that his invention is limited only by the scope of claim language. Specifically Appellant states: While the invention will be described in connection with these drawings, there is no intent to limit it to the embodiment or embodiments disclosed therein. On the contrary, the intent is to cover all alternatives, modifications, and equivalents included within the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. (Specification 4:11-15). The foregoing description has been presented for purposes of illustration and description. It is not intended to be exhaustive or to limit the invention to the precise forms disclosed. (Specification 11:17-19). The embodiment or embodiments discussed were chosen and described to provide the best illustration of the principles of the invention and its practical application to thereby enable one of ordinary skill in the art to utilize the invention in various embodiments and with various modifications as are suited to the particular use contemplated.
