28 - establishing the use of copyright protection of the Lunar Claim
Registry, with its Deed of Claim ownership data contents, as a method for
achieving data storage in the U.S. Archives. As shown in the above facts, this is
inherent in the operation of copyright law.
29 - establishing an organization of members, in the form, for example, of a
lunar Claim Society, whose focus is the provision of information of common

Thus, all of the claimed steps are anticipated by moonshop.com. As shown
in the principles of law above, the steps comprising the process are the essential
features in determining the rights to a patent.
