On November 14, 1997, the Examiner entered a Non-Final Office Action (“Non-Final Action”). 5. Claims 1-13 were rejected on various grounds. 6. Claims 1-13 were rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 112, second paragraph as being indefinite. 7. Claims 1, 4, 7, and 12, were rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as being unpatentable over Klevstad, U.S. Patent 4,426,071. 8. Klevstad is prior art under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b). 9. The Examiner indicated that dependent claims 2, 3, 5, 6, 8-11, and 13, contained allowable subject matter, but depending from a rejected base claim. 10.
