DECISION ON APPEAL
Appellant appeals the final rejection of claims 2-7 and 9-18 under
35 U.S.C. § 134. We have jurisdiction over the appeal pursuant to 35 U.S.C.

INTRODUCTION
Appellant invented a disposable absorbent article and a method for
producing a disposable absorbent article (Specification 4, claims 3 and 15).
