DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on the appeal from the final rejection of claims
1-23, which are all of the claims pending in this application.
The claimed invention relates to an adaptive user interface generator
for generating code which is used for providing a user interface display that
includes a plurality of displayed user interface elements. A user interface
presentation format of a displayed image which can be adaptively scaled to
