Appeal No. 2006-2057 Application No. 10/277,482 BACKGROUND The appellant's invention relates to a method of playing a three-part wagering game with a bonus for consecutive wins (specification, page 1). Specifically, it is disclosed (specification, pages 8 and 9) that The present invention is a casino style wagering game that is a combination of at least three consecutively played game segments high card, “21” or a 21-like multiple card game such as baccarat, and a poker game that is played against the house. An additional “Hat Trick” bonus is awarded when the player places the original bet, and either wins or pushes in all three consecutively played game segments.1 Claim 1 is representative of the invention, and is reproduced as follows: A method of playing a wagering game, comprising: 1.
