Appeal 2006-2175 Application 10/122,855 addition, the polymeric compounds manufactured using ethylene glycol and propylene glycol (i.e., block polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene polymeric compounds) would not be one of Appellants’ claimed polyhydroxy compounds. For the abovementioned reasons, we reverse the § 103(a) rejection of claims 1-4 and 6-13 over Offshack. CONCLUSION We have affirmed the § 103(a) rejection of claims 1-4 and 6-13 over Severson, Jr. We have affirmed the § 103(a) rejection of claims 1-4, 7-9, and 11-12 over Panandiker. We have reversed the § 103(a) rejection of claims 6, 10, and 13 over Panandiker We have reversed the § 103(a) rejection of claims 1-4 and 6-13 over Offshack. The Examiner’s decision is affirmed.
