DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. §134 from the
Examiner's final rejection of claims 1, 3-12, and 14-16, which are all of the
claims pending in this application. We note that this appeal is related to a
prior appeal in Appeal No. 2002-1175 where we affirmed all of the
rejections under 35 U.S.C. §§ 102 and 103(a).
We AFFIRM.
