Appeal 2006-2668 Application 10/264,763 solid propellant grain. The bond liner is used to bond the propellant grain to the casing wall. Specification [0004]. Claim 1 is illustrative of the invention and is reproduced below: 1. A bond liner composition, comprising: an ultraviolet light curable polymer that is curable by exposure to light at a wavelength between about 350 nm and about 400 nm; a heat curable polymer; and at least 30 weight percent of a solid filler that is UV-transmittive at the wavelength at which the ultraviolet light curable polymer is curable, wherein the solid filler comprises at least one of aluminum trihydrate, zinc borate, magnesium salts, and fumed silica oxide. The Examiner relies on the following prior art references to show unpatentability: Boothe US 5,377,593 Jan. 3, 1995 Nelson US 6,054,521 Apr. 25, 2000 The Examiner made the following rejection: Claims 1, 2, and 4-8 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as unpatentable over Boothe in view of Nelson. Appellants do not present separate arguments as to any particular claim. Accordingly, we decide this appeal on the basis of claim 1. 37 C.F.R. § 41.37(c)(1)(vii). BACKGROUND The Examiner finds that Boothe discloses the invention as claimed with the exception of the specific fillers recited in appealed claim 1 (Answer 3). The Examiner further finds that Nelson discloses the use of zinc borate and alumina trihydrate as fillers in a rocket liner (Answer 3). The Examiner 2Page: Previous 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Next
