7 a shaped mixture of a synthetic rubber polymer and oil,
8 said synthetic rubber polymer being one or more styrenic block

10 said oil being in excess by weight of said synthetic
11 rubber polymer, and
12 a coating of a detackifier thereon, where said detackifier
13 is selected from the group consisting of: silica gels, natural
14 silicas, fumed silicas, minerals, zeolites (natural or synthetic),
15 organic materials, decorative or ornamental compounds,
16 pigments and combinations thereof,
17 said coating further comprises a particulate having a
18 surface area of less than 1000 square meters per gram and a
19 coating oil, wherein a weight ratio of the shaped mixture to said
