Appeal Number: 2006-3046 Application Number: 10/130,596 BACKGROUND The appellants’ invention relates to an integration of an electronic circuit with a drive apparatus by adopting an arrangement that compensates for the vibration- related weaknesses of the electronic circuit. (Spec 2). An understanding of the invention can be derived from a reading of exemplary claim 2, which is reproduced below. 2. An electronic circuit-equipped drive apparatus, comprising: an electronic circuit which has float wirings1 that electrically connect solid wirings of a circuit, and which is mechanically connected to an engine having cylinder axes that are included in a common plane, wherein the electronic circuit is disposed such that a plane that includes the solid wirings is substantially perpendicular to the cylinder axes of the engine.
