Decision
The decision of the Examiner rejecting claims 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 11, 16-18,
21, and 23 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over the admitted prior
art in the Specification in view of Schwartz and Hansen is affirmed. The
decision of the Examiner rejecting claims 3, 9, 12, 13, 15, and 22 under
35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over the admitted prior art in the
Specification in view of Schwartz, Hansen, and Siegel is affirmed. The
decision of the Examiner rejecting claims 4, 10, and 14 under 35 U.S.C.
§ 103(a) as unpatentable over the admitted prior art in the Specification in
view of Schwartz, Hansen, Siegel, and Mermelstein is affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with
this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a)(1)(iv)(2006).
