It follows that, on this record, we reverse the Examiner’s decision to
reject claim 1 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as being anticipated by or, in the
alternative, under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being obvious over Ono.
REMAND
The image file wrapper (IFW) reflects that an Information Disclosure
Statement was recently filed on February 01, 2007. The Examiner is
required to take appropriate action.
REVERSED
