DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal from the Examiner’s final rejection of claims 36-52
the only claims pending in this application. We have jurisdiction over the
appeal pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 6(b).
Appellants' invention relates to a coolant system for an integrated fuel
cell power plant. Fuel cells provide electricity from chemical oxidation-
