(col. 17 2, ll. 37-39). 18 19 PRINCIPLES OF LAW 20 The second paragraph of 35 U.S.C. § 112 requires claims to set out 21 and circumscribe a particular area with a reasonable degree of precision and 22 particularity. In re Johnson, 558 F.2d 1008, 1015, 194 USPQ 187, 193 23 (CCPA 1977).
