CONCLUSION
In summary, we have sustained the Examiners 35 U.S.C. § 102(e)
rejection of claims 1 and 3-6. With respect to the Examiner’s 35 U.S.C.
§ 103(a) rejection, we have sustained the rejection of claim 2, but have not
sustained the rejection of claim 7. Accordingly, the Examiner’s decision
rejecting appealed claims 1-7 is affirmed-in-part.
