5 Vandenberg is AFFIRMED;
6 ALSO ORDERED that claims 1-52 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable
7 over Vandenberg is AFFIRMED; and
8 FURTHER ORDERED that our affirmance of each of the examiner’s six
9 double patenting rejections is FINALIZED.
