(Binot) 5,770,091 Jun. 23, 1998 GROUNDS OF REJECTION Claims 18-20 stand rejected under 35 USC §103(a) as being unpatentable over the combination of Binot and Vion. Claims 21 and 22 stand rejected under 35 USC §103(a) as being unpatentable over the combination of Binot, Vion and Oyler. We reverse. DISCUSSION The combination of Binot and Vion: Claims 18-20 stand rejected under 35 USC §103(a) as being unpatentable over the combination of Binot and Vion. Claims 19-20 depend directly or indirectly from claim 18. Claim 18 is drawn to a method of degreasing water or wastewater in the course of treating water or wastewater.
