Appeal 2007-0241 Application 09/931,296 not, in our view, satisfy Appellants’ burden of providing evidence and/or arguments which show how the Examiner has erred in presenting a prima facie case of anticipation. CONCLUSION In summary, we have sustained the Examiner’s rejections of all the claims on appeal. Therefore, the decision of the Examiner rejecting claims 1-4, 6-11, and 13-28 is affirmed. No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a)(1)(iv).
