Statement of the Case
This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from a final rejection of
claims 1-6, 8-10, and 12-19. We have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 6.
We AFFIRM.
Appellants invented a sheet-form material having first and second
sides that carry respective fastener elements (Specification 15;
