well taken. The rejection of claim 53, and claims 55 and 58-60 depending
from claim 53, as anticipated by Perkins is reversed.
The Examiner's rejections of claim 54 as unpatentable over Perkins,
claims 56 and 57 as unpatentable over Perkins in view of Hunter, and claims
61 and 62 as unpatentable over Perkins in view of Hunter and Appellant's
remarks on page 5 of the Amendment filed October 2, 2002 are also
grounded in part on the Examiner's finding that the "boards sliding directly
on each other" limitation of claim 53, from which all these claims depend, is
met. These rejections are therefore reversed for the reason discussed above
with respect to claim 53.
SUMMARY
The decision of the Examiner to reject claims 15-62 is reversed.
