conditions of claim 31 as well as Armand.
In responding to this remand, the Examiner must provide the record
with an explanation of why the Armand reference does or does not render
the claims on appeal unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a).
This remand to the Examiner pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 41.50(a)(1) is
not made for further consideration of a rejection. Accordingly, 37 C.F.R.
§ 41.50(a)(2) does not apply.
SUMMARY
The decision of the Examiner is reversed.
The application is remanded to the Examiner.
