DECISION ON APPEAL
This appeal involves claims to a solid particulate laundry detergent. The
Examiner has rejected the claims as obvious. We have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C.
§ 6(b). We affirm.
STATEMENT OF CASE
Laundry detergents that contain clay, silicone (including polysiloxane), and
flocculating agents are known in the prior art. Specification 2: 18-21. These are
