INTRODUCTION The claimed invention broadly relates to building panels with domains having different compressive strengths. All but one of the pending claims are rejected as having been obvious in view of the prior art.1 We AFFIRM. Claims The appellant (Dow) treats all of the rejected claims as standing or falling together except claim 22.2 Claim 1 is representative of the claims on appeal (emphasis added): 1.
