                Appeal 2007-0980
                Application 10/097,950
We therefore cannot sustain the rejection of claims 1-3, 5-10, 12-14,
                and 16 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as being anticipated by SOCKS version 5.
Neither do we sustain the rejection of dependent claims 4, 11, and 15, as the
§ 103(a) rejection fails to remedy the deficiencies in the rejection applied
                against the independent claims.

                                              CONCLUSION
In summary, we reverse the rejection of claims 1-3, 5-10, 12-14, and
                16 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) and the rejection of claims 4, 11, and 15 under
                35 U.S.C § 103(a).

                                                REVERSED
