DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal from the Examiner’s final rejection of claims 24-38,
the only claims pending in this application. We have jurisdiction over the
appeal pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 6(b).
Appellant's invention relates to vinyl tiles for use as surface coverings.
The individual tiles are routed and mechanically embossed on two adjacent
