            arguments regarding the Examiner’s motivation for combining the teachings of the                 
            cited references.  Consequently, it appears as if Appellants are relying on the                  
            unexpected results presented in rebuttal to the previous rejection.  This evidence is            
            not persuasive for the reasons set forth above.                                                  
                                                 CONCLUSION                                                  
                To summarize, the prior art rejections of claims 1-8 are affirmed.                           
                No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this appeal               
            may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a)(1)(iv)(2006).
