STATEMENT OF THE CASE
Gutta and Kurapati (Appellants) appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from
the Examiner's Final Rejection of claims 1 through 23, which are all of the
claims pending in this application.
Appellants' invention relates to a method and system for evaluating
the closeness of two items, where each item is characterized by at least one
