DECISION
The rejection of claims 1, 3-5, 7-14, 16-18, 20-27, 29-31, 33-40,
42-47, 49, and 52-59 for anticipation under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e) is reversed.
The rejection of claims 48, 50, and 51 for anticipation under
35 U.S.C. § 102(e) is affirmed.
The rejection of claims 6, 19, and 32 for obviousness under 35 U.S.C.
§ 103 is reversed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with
this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a)(1)(iv).
