desirability of providing two sets of fins or ribs in Otto's valve is of course
evidenced in the embodiment of Figures 7-11 of Otto discussed above.
In light of the above, Appellant's arguments do not demonstrate error
in the Examiner's rejection of claims 5 and 6. The rejection is sustained.
SUMMARY
The decision of the Examiner is affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with
this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a). See 37 C.F.R.
§ 1.136(a)(1)(iv) (2006).
