DECISION ON APPEAL
STATEMENT OF CASE
Appellant appeals under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from a final rejection of
claims 1-30. We have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 6(b).
We reverse.

35 U.S.C. § 119 from Japanese Application No. 2000-328728, filed October
27, 2001. The real party in interest is Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd.
