DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the final rejection of
claims 1-5 and 27.1 The Examiner has rejected the claims as unpatentable
over the prior art. We have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 6(b).
1 Claims 9-26 are also pending, but have been withdrawn from
consideration. Claims 6-8 have been canceled.
