2 On the record before us, we hold that the Examiner has failed to
3 establish that Ishii anticipates claims 1-3 and 5, or that Ishii renders obvious
4 claims 4, 6, and 7.

6 DECISION AND ORDER
7 The Examiner's rejection of claims 1-3 and 5 under 35 U.S.C.
8 § 102(b) is reversed. The Examiner's rejection of claims 4, 6, and 7 under
9 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) is reversed.
