Statement of the Case
This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from a final rejection of
claims 1-4. We have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 6.
Appellants’ invention relates to an isolator system comprising a sterile
work chamber in which a sterile condition is maintained. The chamber
comprises a robot that has an operating arm for performing various
