Each of the boards 18 has a height which is the smallest dimension compared to the length and the 19 width of each board (Specification 9, lines 12-15). Once the boards are 20 placed side by side, the boards are compressed vertically and transversely. 21 A drill and a pin press are positioned at opposite outside edges of the stack 2 The 9 March 2004 rejection was not made final.
