Appeal 2007-1959 Application 10/039,789 CONCLUSION OF LAW Because Appellants have failed to point to any error in the Examiner’s position, we sustain the § 103 rejection with respect to claims 1 and 22-26, and also with respect to claims 3, 6-8, 10-15, 18, 20, and 21, which are argued together with claim 1 (Br. 14). Therefore, we sustain the 35 U.S.C. § 103 rejection of claims 1, 3, 6-8, 10-15, 18, 20, 21, 23, and 26 over Poulsen and Sundaresan, and of claims 22, 24, and 25 over Poulsen, Sundaresan, and Hardwick. DECISION The decision of the Examiner rejecting claims 1, 3, 6-8, 10-15, 18, and 20-26 is affirmed. No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a)(1)(iv). AFFIRMED KIS TROP, PRUNER & HU, P. C. 1616 S.
