Appeal 2007-1972 Application 11/141,758 Fisher-Price, Inc., 485 F.3d 1157, 1162, 82 USPQ2d 1687, 1692 (Fed. Cir. 2007) (citing KSR, 127 S. Ct. at 1740-41, 82 USPQ2d at 1396). We have considered claims 1 and 10 as representative in our review of the rejections, based on Appellants’ remarks in the Brief, but are not persuaded of error. We sustain the rejection of claims 1-6, 10, 12-17, 21, and 23-25. Because Appellant relies on the arguments presented for claim 1 in response to the § 103 rejection of claims 7, 9, 11, 18, 20, and 22, we also sustain the rejection of those claims. See 37 C.F.R. § 41.37(c)(1)(vii). CONCLUSION In summary, the rejection of claims 1-7, 9-18, and 20-25 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is affirmed. 8Page: Previous 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 Next
