Thus, we affirm the Examiner’s rejection of claim 8. Because claims
7, 17, and 18 were argued in the same group as claim 8, those claims fall
with claim 8. 37 C.F.R. § 41.37(c)(1)(vii).
SUMMARY
We affirm the Examiner’s rejection of claims 1, 3-6, 9-11, 13-16, 19,
and 20 as obvious over Lukens and Jacobs.
We also affirm the Examiner’s rejection of claims 7, 8, 17, and 18 as
obvious over Lukens, Jacobs, and McKay.
