DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from a final rejection of claims 1, 9,
and 12. We have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 6.
The present invention relates to a studless tire which has superior
performance on ice and snow. According to Appellants, the tire has improved
adhesion resistance, digging friction, scratching friction and abrasion resistance on
