the record, I would find that the evidence favoring nonobviousness
outweighs the evidence favoring obviousness. It is not necessary, in my
view, to find that Lee teaches away from the broader ranges that encompass
ranges recited in Applicants' claims.
For the foregoing reasons, I join the majority's disposition of this
appeal.
