DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 involving claims to an image
capture device. The Examiner has rejected the claims as anticipated or
obvious. We have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 6(b). We affirm.
BACKGROUND
The Specification describes “an image capture device compris[ing] a
housing and at least one telescopic hinge operable to couple a lid to the
housing” (Specification 1). The Specification states that “the telescopic
