DECISION ON APPEAL
I. Introduction
Neil R. Wilson (hereinafter "Appellant") seeks our review under
35 U.S.C. § 134 (2002) of the Examiner's final rejection of claims 1-3, 5-8,
10-13, 15-16, 38-39, 43 and 45 (Br. at 2). Claims 18-23, 25-26, 28, 40-42
