DECISION ON APPEAL
The subject matter of the claims on appeal relates to catalytic
converter for reducing pollutant levels, particularly for airplane bleed air
systems. (See Specification (Spec.) ¶001.) All of the pending claims stand
rejected over prior art. The appellant (Honeywell) seeks review of the
rejections. We affirm.
