            Appeal 2007-3126
            Application 10/359,275

The rejection is therefore also being affirmed with respect to claims 2, 4, 5,

are not discussed in the Brief, on the ground that they depend on claims as to
which the rejection has been affirmed and their merits have not been separately
            argued. 37 C.F.R. § 41.37(c)(1)(vii) (2006); In re Young, 927 F.2d 588, 590 (Fed.
            Cir. 1991).

                                               DECISION
                  The rejection of claims 1-8, 10, and 21-23 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) for
obviousness over Zunick in view of Abdelgawad is affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this
            appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. 1.136(a). See 37 C.F.R. §§ 41.50(f) and
