(a) The chief shall issue a pocket identification card to the owner, partners, officers, and qualified manager. The chief shall determine the form and content of the card. A photo identification card will be furnished to any owner, partner, officer, qualified manager, or branch office manager upon written request and payment of the fee prescribed by this chapter.
(b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2019.
